Solved Custom voice prompts disappeared

We have our own custom voice prompts, today they have just disappeared.

I was working on the system on Monday changing some queues and made note that the prompts where still there and working, but noticed today that the prompts are gone

grab them from your backup... when you make a prompt set - its separate from the built in ones - unless you just made changes to an existing set?

I figured out the problem, the tech that set up the system didn't select to back-up the voice prompts etc, I did a restore during the week and it must have deleted the things that were not backed up,
