We are upgrading from virgin 18 to version 20 on a system that has a custom FQDN.
Somehow the FQDN was unlinked from the license and someone has linked it to another license. Our version 18 on premise server is online and operating with 4000 extensions and 128 concurrent calls.
When we have attempted to upgrade to version 20 but the restore fails as the FQDN is linked to another user.
With SSL for push is about to stop working any day so the matter is reasonably urgent.
We have raised it with 3CX support, however there has been no solution yet.
Any suggestions would be good.
We have provided 3CX with evidence that we own the domain and that no one else is authorised to use it.
