Customer Prov temlates return a 404 when accessing url

Hi Guys,

i have copied a template from the templates already on 3cx for a snom phone and made some custom changes however when trying to download it via web browser or remote prov it returns a 404.

are the urls different for the custom templates.

this is the latest version of 3cx with all latest updates

Ok if i understand correctly you have created a custom template, then created an extension and provisioned a phone with the custom template?
and you are trying to download the config file remotely?
