Hi all

Few days ago I moved from Windows to Debian hosted locally as a VM.

v 16.0.8.9 everything green, no custom templates.

They're telling me that calls are dropping as if they've put the phone down.

I only had logging set to low and I see this:

Is this the cause of the drops?

Edit: Their WAN IP changed today too, I suspect the return path is going to old IP?

ACK not received is a configuration issue in 90% of the cases.
Check 3CX under Settings Network the public IP and if this matches the customer's network.
Also, re-run the firewall checker. The last resort is to investigate SIP ALG on the firewall.

If this is all good, I would contact the SIP provider

I changed the WAN IP in the mgmt console this morning.

Rebooted 3CX and router so will see how it goes.
