Customising ringtones

Hi team.
I've recently completed my 1st install using a combination of Yealink T43U & T48U handsets with on-site NX32lite.
As it's for a radio station, I need to have handsets in the studios show/flash/indicate incoming calls but do it without *actually audibly ringing*. Can I change the ringtone to a silent audio file? Another thread suggested this cannot be done with external calls.

If anyone else has done a radio station, I'd appreciate your input.
Currently only using Ring Groups on Admin handsets

just hit the volume down button a bunch of time and ringer will mute.
