Customize 3CX Live Chat & Talk

Hello,
Is there is any way to customize the look and feel of the 3CX Live Chat & Talk window?
I know I can change the background colors. etc, but what I'm looking for is more control to customize the window itself like the box-shadow, border-radius .. etc.
is this possible?

Nope this is not possible due to the technology user in the component.
