Customized Call Notification

Hi everyone, I need to customize the call notification and show not only the incoming phone number, but also identify it with a numeric or alpha numeric ID:

Is it possible to make this change and if so, from where?

The Inbound Rules of 3CX, if they have a name, can be shown on an incoming call.

Inbound Rule:



Incoming call matching inbound rule:



The above example is for a DID rule, but you can also apply the same for a CID rule as well.

In order for the name to show, you will need to enable the option in your CONTACTS options to allow this

If I create a numeric variable using CFD and increase it with each incoming call, how can I recall it in the CID Building rules, so as to show it as in the example shown?

The reformatting is very specifically for the Caller ID as it comes from the provider.
