Customizing of Softphone Provisioning Template

Does anyone know where the template file for the softphone provisioning is located?
I would like to sustomize some settings like "disable chat sound" or "replace + with 00"

Please note that the configuration files for the clients are generated on the fly and are not stored somewhere so you can make changes to them.
Any changes will have to be made after the welcome email is sent

Well, then this definetly is a thing You should consider to change. Do You have a suggestion how to deploy changes to client config for all users?

What changes would you like to be able to change?
OK we have ring tones, the + (which in my honest opinion should be configured server side and in inserted in contacts normalized already) but anyway.. Lets just brainstorm for now. What else??
Can we formulate a list of everything, put it in ideas section and we will check?
I will check to see if there are references or maybe it is there already.
We are doing a similar exercise for features to configure in ip phones this is why this topic raised my interest.

The feature users needed most in this area was to configure the outgoing network interface so they segregate the clients from the data. And we delivered it.
