Has anyone gotten the CyberData Office Ringer to work on 3CX in a "Remote - STUN" environment? I'd like to know before spending $550 on a ringer that may or may not work as I desire?

Hi Mike,

Just as an FYI, we only support that device in LAN mode so even if you do get it to work over STUN somehow it will be unsupported.

If there is a VPN between the remote site and the PBX however, you could potentially use this device in LAN mode.
