I bought this device as it is listed as supported on the following link

Following the instructions it says to select from the Phone list but it doesn't appear there or in the template.

I contacted CyberData support and they informed me since it was a supported device to contact 3CX.

Does anyone know where I can get the template for CyberData Paging Amplifier (P/N: 011324, Serial Numbers: 3241xxxxx)?

At the moment I can confirm that this does not appear in the template.
We currently have a pending review of CyberData products so we can address this in a future release.
