False positive Cyren AV alert for 3CX CFD and CRM Template Generator

We have been contacted regarding alerts that the 3CX CRM template generator and 3CX Call Flow Designer have been reported as infected by an AV vendor called Cyren.

A ticket with the number: 00780278, has been opened with the Anti-Virus vendor for feedback. Once this has been received further updates will be posted here.

Our communication will remain transparent throughout this investigation.
