Cyrillic letters not displayed properly.

The 3CX Phone for Windows is not displaying properly Cyrillic and other languages characters, seems like only ASCII letters can be displayed. Older 3CX Phone 6 was working properly.

Switching to Russin displayes correctly so we will need you to provide a bit more detail.
Specifically :
1. where are the Cyrillic letters not displayed properly?
2. Your Regional Settings
3. What where the steps that you took to reproduce the problem?
