I have couple of D725 devices and have a strange behavior. They are registered on a 3CX v15.5 fully updated.
They are part of a ring group that has as a strategy sequentiall hunt. When I dial the extension of the ring group the strategy works fine.
When I dial in from outside they ring at the same time.
I have one DID inbound rule with * as a target to catch all calls. I can see from the call log that the call is following the rule and goes to the specific hunt group but the strategy doesn't work.
The D725 are on the latest firmware version, 8.9.3.60, in case that matters.
How can I solver this issue? Also does the 3CX fully support these devices only if they are on the firmware shown on the following page (8.7.5.35)

Are later firmware versions tested and supported or not?
