My target is to retrieve data in real time.
There are no alternatives to retrieve incoming call information, queue calls, abandoned calls at real time?

A contact suggested that I use call journaling, but the information is retrieved after the call has ended, is correct?

Call Journaling with CRM integration will only report calls to agents, and from contacts matched from your CRM.

If you need to get information from all calls, you will need to check the generated CDRs, however these are also generated when the call ends.

The only way to get true real-time data is by subscribing to the 3CX Call Control API events.

I wanted to try to take advantage of the Call Flow designer to intercept the call start event and save the start time and end time call on db. It could be a solution?

A CFD app can't intercept events. You will only know when a call is sent to the app. Then the app needs to process this call and eventually route it somewhere else.

If you want to use a CFD app for this, you would need to route all inbound calls to this CFD app, and then the app should transfer the call to the next endpoint. However, you will not know anything else from the call. For example, you will not know if the call is transfered, if it's answered, and so on...

Therefore to get this type of information the solution suggested by @voiptoys is the only one that would works.

I have no idea where can i find these dlls

Find a file starting at root of disk
find / -name <filename>

Be aware that these are .Net Core dlls and can only be called by a .Net Core application. You can't do it from a .Net Framework application.
