Database access

Hi, we programmed some tools, which read the 3CX V14 database and automatically change the users' presence status, when users logon/logoff and lock/unlock on their PCs or based on information in the time stamp clock. I understand that version 15.5 does not allow any 3rd party database access, so our tools will not work anymore. How can we still access the PostGreSQL database, read only would be sufficient?

That access could also be used for upgrade to PostgreSQL 10

Sippy Software will now ship with PostgreSQL 9.6. This allows us to stay current with the latest technologies and improve access to the databases. New installations will be setup on PostgreSQL 9.6. Existing customers running on older versions of PostgreSQL (9.1 and 9.2) will be updated to 9.6 in a separate process to the upgrade to Sippy Softswitch 5.0.
