Date format on phones

Hello,

We're having a bit of trouble with the date format on our SNOM phones.

I have the 3cx system set for US date format, ie, 3/13/2014

If I change the date format directly on the phone, the next time the phone is provisioned, it reverts to the European date format, ie, 13/3/2014.

Is there a permanent way to change this? Did I miss a setting somewhere in the PBX?

The format would be set in the provisioning file.

Thank you! I was able to modify the template to correct the date.

Hi, where is the time and date format, section in the template.

I like to display the time in 12 hours format instead of 24-hours.

You have to search for this line(s):
