Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for Datora Telecom:
- Datora Telecom uses different trunks for inbound and outbound calls, you will have to configure both.
- Enter the main trunk number in the international format (e.g. 559553864893)
- Datora Telecom requires you to prepend a dial code to every outbound number which will be provided by Datora Telecom and can be set under the outbound rules.
