yes I have a beronet (gateway), I have a good deal with my operator and when I migrate to SIP the costs are much higher. If I had a SIP these doubts and problems would not exist...In any case I am interested in making outgoing calls from different DDI. When testing, the beronet receives the correct DDI number but the call is always with the general number...I don't know if it will be an operator configuration. You use a gateway not a Trunk SIP ? I ask this as you speak about beronet .
when I make the call from a DDI the beronet receives the correct number but the call arrives at its destination with the general number...If you are using a PSTN gateway, then to send calls out on specific PSTN lines (the only way caller ID will reflect the outgoing number), then you must create one trunk for each PSTN line (in both the gateway and 3CX), and send calls, each time, from 3CX to that specific trunk.
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
