Hi All,

I have 1 SIP trunk with 5 channels and 5 DDIs.

I have specified office hours for each DDI but I suspect the "main trunk number" office hours are applied to all DDIs under the trunk - is this correct?

And if thats the case I imagine my only option is CFD?

Hi @kieferschild,

If you've specified specific hours for each trunk, it should overwrite the global hours set. If the DIDs aren't matching it may cause the main trunk number's office hours to be applied.

Hi Vasilis,

I only have 1 trunk and 5 DDI under the trunk.

Each DDI (inbound rule) has specified hours.

With the main number/trunk's specific office hours take precedence over the other DDI office hours under this trunk?

Ok so i've managed to get a spare DDI for testing.

I believe, from my very short testing, that the office hours specified in the "main number" / trunk do not take priority if other DDI's have hours specified.

Yes, correct if you have one trunk and you've got multiple inbound rules, the time will be taken from the specific office hours and only if the rule cannot be matched will it take it main number's office hours.
