Solved Debian 10 Upgrade and V18 - Object Reference

I just upgraded to Debian 10 from Debian 9 and to Version 18 via the automatic updating button in 3CX.

When I click on a User or a Phone, I receive the message: (500) Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Are you using any custom templates?

Sounds like a problem I had, did you use the 3cx ISO to install Debian 9?

Debian 9 was originally installed from the 3CX ISO.

are all system extensions up? and have you tried to restart services?

Thanks VasilisV_3CX - My templates which I used had the lines of code but there were other files for phones I've never used in:
var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Interface/provisioning/<random folder name>/CustomTemplates/phones
After deleting the templates I do not use, it worked.
