Debian 3cx crashes when assigning Yealink SIP-T20P to an extension

As soon as I try assigning Yealink SIP-T20P to an extension, 3cx crashes.

To get things back on-line I run: systemctl restart 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service

Any ideas?

This is 3cx v: 15.0.60903.0

It's a fresh install, same thing happens if I install all available updates.

Hi katy1,

Could you please let us know what firmware version is the phone on? Also, is this extension remote or local?
Did you enable the verbose mode? Did you check the logs on machine " /var/log/syslog"?
Also, let us know is a VM or a dedicated machine?
