Debian 3cx everything works but audio not

Hi everyone,
We use 3cx on windows about 2 years.recently we decide use 3cx Debian. Windows working perfectly. On Debian same ip ,same firewall setting everything same but audio not receive or send. Not hear anything
What is problem? What do you think?
