Debian ISO 3CX - Adding SSL certs

I have a current self-hosted PBX install and I want to use a custom domain name hosted at AWS (Route 53). I've done this before with Ubuntu but how do I authenticate against AWS to get the certs? In Ubuntu you have to install an additional plug-in but I can't find one for AWS or Route53 for apt to install.

Any procedure would be appreciated. It's a wildcard cert FYI.

On the 3CX Debian ISO, there appears to be no repo to install snap or snapd.

If your 3CX license is a Standard you CANNOT use a custom FQDN or SSL certificate. You would need to have a 3CX Professional or Enterprise license, and during the installation wizard it will ask you if you have your own FQDN and SSL and will allow you to upload the certificate and key.

We are using Enterprise. However we are trying to use a cert issued by Let's Encrypt which is good for only for three months. The domain is registered at AWS aka Route53. Before Let's Encrypt will issue a cert, it has to be authorized by Amazon via a plugin.

The 3CX Debian ISO has repos only pointed at 3CX servers, not Ubuntu servers.

Snap is not in the 3CX repos. Neither are the Route53 plugins for Certbot. I would rather not to remember to keep the certs updated manually.

To me it looks like Let's Encrypt and Certbot don't appear to be an option for the 3CX Debian ISO install.

So if I want to add a cert to NGINX in 3CX, do I have to go the traditional route and buy a cert from Amazon?
