Debian locks up and Crashes

HI All
Has anyone encountered a problem with the 3cx Debian iso, which is causing Debian to freeze?
I'm running it on esxi and I'll be browsing the 3cx admin webpage and it will lock up and the i'm unable to interact with the console of the vm.
I have attached a screenshot with a dump I got on the last time it crashed. Most times I don't get any dump.

this looks to be an issue due to an old ESI version.
