I installed a phone system for a client using the W52P and W56H handsets. They love the system but do not like the Ringtones that the W56H handset has. I looked all around and it seems like you can't upload custom ring tones. The client dislikes the ringtones so much, they want new ones. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with any other DECT 3CX compatible set-up where you can either upload your own custom ring tone or has a ringer that only beeps quietly every so often.
This client needs cordless phones for how they run their business. When calls come in they are brought into a call queue. They have a high call volume so the phones are constantly ringing. This can be annoying for customers who are sitting in their lobby and their employees.
