Dect Handset unusable while transferred call active

Checking if anyone has a hunch on what could be causing this.
I have an issue with some Yealink W60Bs that share the same base station where, if phone A takes a call and then transfers it to phone B, phone A doesn't ring from its ring group until the phone B has ended its call.

As the base has one IP assigned, and extensions are addressed by individule port numbers, the same issue should arise when using desk sets that have more than one extension number assigned. It may have something to do with how 3CX sees the busy state of the base (ring group members?) rather than the extensions. What is a the Activity Log showing for the transfered call?

The IP shouldn't matter. STUN phones to a hosted PBX would look the same way. Please confirm if Phone A and Phone B are actually separate extensions in the PBX. I'm guessing they are tied to the same extension and you are doing a local transfer via the base station and not an extension to extension transfer via 3CX.

Thank you, they are different extensions on phone A and B.
I'm going to do some more testing when I get the time to so if I have any further questions, I will ask away here! )

I have managed to get some time to test and I've found that it is when the call is transferred when the user presses 'Tran' and selects the other phone that is located on that base, instead of transferring by dialling the extension. I'm guessing that transferring the call locally through the base instead of the extension causes Phone A to be busy. Trying to find a way to remove the option to see other phones on the base and replace that screen with the 3CX directory users.

It may be difficult, if not impossible, to disable a feature that the manufacturer has built into the device, unless the TRAN button can be made to do a hook flash. You may have to train the people using it to do a transfer using the "proper" method though 3CX.
