We have problems with very strong scratchy noise during a conversation when walking past the transmitters when there is a handover. The transmitters are installed at a distance of about 30-40m. The voice quality is overall very poor when talking to DECT devices, there is also a very large delay in the voice from DECT to DECT calls 1-2 sec.
This noise is actually mainly found at the base stations in production. It's a mechanical engineering company.
Is there anything known about this that can trigger such disturbances through something like this?
I have already installed many DECT systems (Ascom) and have never had such a problem before.
On top, they report that sometimes the Phones (w76p) restart themselves.
Or the Phones shows ok but you cant make/receive Call and you must reboot the Phone.
We use the last Firmware for 3cx on the BS.
