Default email template

Hi,

We've customized the "welcome extension" email template but I'd like to get back to the original version.
How can i get back the default template for version 18.0 update 8?

Hello @Frdoc

In Hosted by 3CX installations you are not able to see the Parameters as in Self-Hosted installations.
You will have to copy the "welcome extension" template content from a PBX that the template is not modified and paste it to the Email Templates of your Hosted by 3CX PBX. From the Management Console navigate to Settings > Email > Email Templates and select the Extension Welcome template from the drop-down menu.

For this, it would be best to contact your assigned partner as we are not able to send you the HTML body for the Extension Welcome.
