Default Provisioning URL - Azure Hosted PBX

How do i change the default provisioning URL to the FQDN for all new users and not 10.0.0.4 private IP that Azure assigned the VM?

Please note that if you selected the phones to be provisioned as local lan then the provisioning link will contain the local IP of the PBX. If you however select to provision the phone using STUN or SBC the provisioning link will change to the FQDN.
Regarding the QR code, that depends on how you access the management console. If the management console (or webclient) is accessed using the local IP address then the QR code will point to the local IP address. If the management console (or webclient) is accessed via the FQDN then the QR code will point to the FQDN.

You would have to change this from the drop down of the extensions to the FQDN if you've set it up in LAN mode.
