We are experiencing what appears to be a resource issue of sorts. Initially the Admin Console dashboard sits forever trying to update. We also note some Reports are very slow. Over time though (about 4 hours) with the Dashboard open the rest of the Admin functions also become unresponsive. Further we note that users set up using Desktop app cant login. Given 80% of users are Desktop then thats worrying, but don't believe its the core issue. Reset instance and it goes back to just Admin Console not loading filly, but degrades again over 4 hours.

This is all since upgrading a self hosted Debian on Digital Ocean last night. Have check spec and that looks well within scope (and worked well on V18) for 18 months!

Which DesktopApp? The Electron one or the one from the Microsoft Store?

Its the Electron one. But to be clear that is by product of the Admin Console tying up resource as it tries to update/display. My worry is in morning that while Call Processing might not be directly affected, the DeskTop app users, will not be able to access and thus make calls. Once we get to V20 we intend to get to the Microsoft Store. Just in the process of converting! This is not a Desktop app issue directly! Its Admin Console tying up ever increasing %CPU
