I'm observing an odd issue with one of our clients.
User is taking calls from call queue, and is able to accept multiple calls, and has many shared parking spaces. 2 Yealink T46U's, one as a Router Phone. Issue occurs on both phones.
Call comes in, client picks it up no issue, second call comes in, she parks the original call, and presses answer to pick up the second call. There is about a 5-10 second delay before the phone actually picks up the call. If we park the second call and pick up the first call again, there is also a delay with the phone picking up the call. We've been able to consistently replicate the issue. As the person being put on hold I don't notice an issue, the hold music doesn't cut out, and there is no delay in actually call quality or hearing the person on the other end. Just for the user between hitting the answer button, and the phone actually showing she has answered the call.
Firmware on the T46Us are up to date.
Anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this?
