Delay on parallel ringing

Is there a way to add(!) a delay on parallel ringing. I've searched the Forum and only found threads about minimize delay (mostly caused on setup connection to mobile Network which takes a few seconds) but in this case I'd like to get my mobile phone ringing after 10 seconds. I always have parallel ringing enabled (because I don't want to switch profile, when I am away from desk) and while I'm in the Office I don't want my mobile phone is ringing together with the desk phone. I know Vodia PBX (formerly PBXnSIP / SnomOne) does have such an Option to delay the parellel ringing. Maybe there is something to adjust in 3CX, too.

If you are using the Ring my Mobile option, then, other than the inherent delay in calling the mobiles number, there is really no way to add an additional delay, nor do I really understand why you would want to. If you answer your desk phone, the mobile will stop ringing in short order.

As an alternative, you can forward to your mobile after a number of seconds so you do not miss the call.

You can also try a mix using the 3CX app, but the delay as originally described is not available.

forwarding to a mobile number won't work for Queue calls, only direct calls to extension, right?

Yes, that's correct. If your use case is based on queues, then it will not work because queues do not use forwards, they rely on the agent being available and logged in.

I think the remaining option is to switch profiles on the mobile app when you are in the office (so you don't receive PUSH when you are at your desk).
