Delay retry of incoming call when rejected

Our customers are using Yealink SIP-T46S phones.
When they want to make an outbound call while a inbound call is ringing, they reject the inbound call to be able to enter a phone number on the keypad.
Is there any way to delay to time the inbound call will start ringing again? Currently it is only about one second...

Are the calls reaching the phones directly or through a queue or a ring group?

When the polling strategy is set to "Ring All" then the agents will be polled right away after the reject. You will need to set the polling strategy to "Prioritised Hunt" so when an agent rejects the call the queue manager will poll the next agent.
