Delete Faxes on Server

I've noticed from the backups that any faxes sent to the fax server remains saved after the e-mail is sent... Is there a way to (1) set so a copy is not saved after its e-mailed, and how to I delete all the old faxes saved..

Hi Heath,

There is no option that will delete faxes after the email is sent. what you can do is navigate to ( C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Fax) and delete them manually. You can do this procedure before taking a backup as well, this way your faxes will not be restored. You may also want to consider saving the elsewhere in the event that might need them.
