Delete free 3CX-hosted instance

Dear admins,

I have a problem with my 3CX instance hosted by OVH (VPS). The server that host my 3CX server has the IP: 51.**.***.63.
However, when I tried for the first time 3CX, I used an instance freely hosted by 3CX with IP 35.***.**.252.

Two days ago I noticed that the old instance hosted by 3CX (35.***.**.252) substituted the DNS A pointer for my FQDN.

Hence, my 3CX is now unusable since giovannifederico.my3cx.it points to 35.***.**.252.

So, I would be extremely grateful if you could:

1) Change the DNS for my FQDN.
2) Completely delete my previous instance on 3CX server.

Are you able to stop 3CX services on old instance?
Is it a 3CX hosted trial version?
