Solved Delete Old PBX cloud Setup Hosted by 3CX

I had a PBX setup hosted by 3CX pbx cloud. How do I delete that?
I stopped all services in the old 3CX pbx cloud then
I moved my 3cx to my own google cloud.

It seems that the old 3CX pbx cloud got restarted and my FQDN pointed to the old 3cx

Is there a way to prevent the old pbx hosted by 3CX from connecting so that the FQDN IP will not change?

You need to ask 3CX STAFF to delete old instance for you if hosted by them
