Delete voicemails for all exts

Morning Guys

Can you tell me if deleting all items (including xml) from instance1/data/ivr/voicemail/ext/xxx is all i need to do to get rid of voicemails for an extension?

It wont break anything?

We generally do not recommend making changes on the File System level directly so ideally you would delete them from within the extension's "Webclient >> Voicemail" section:

Aye, customer wants me to do it across the board and i'd rather not log in to each web client.

doing it via the file system - will it do what I want without breaking anything else? Wasnt sure if there are any links or whatever associated. A bit like deleting a program without using the uninstall feature...

Otherwise ill tell them to do it themselves.

Actually, I'll just turn on "delete VM after 1 day" and have done.
