Deleted Extensions keep coming back

Hi Guys, we have 3CX running 16.0.5.454. Under the extensions there is about 19 old extensions and they aren't in use every time I delete them they keep coming back, usually happens after 24 hours. I have tried and selected "Disable Extension" option under Options >> Restrictions then deleted the extension but they keep coming back and the option is unticked.


I tried to search online before posting here but couldn't find an answer, can someone help me out with this one or point me to the right direction. Thanks

Do you have automatic restore enabled?
Have a look under backup and restore and then restore schedule

Just had a look and no we don't have restore schedule enabled, we restore manually when we need to.

0365 Synchro?

There is Office 365 sync enabled and there was multiple accounts didn't need to be there so I have excluded them, and they have disappeared fine. This issue is the exact scenario:


1-
User1 with extension 001 and email address [email protected]

2-
User1 with extension 048 and email address [email protected]

The current and active one is no. 2 and working fine, however I can't get rid of no. 1 and don't even know what keeps bringing it back after deletion, also have to mention.

[email protected] is synchronised via 365, it might be related but how to make to sync one extension instead of the 2!? Do I have to exclude this user delete the extension then enable the sync again!?
