deleted license key

Hoping someone can help. I wanted to reinstall my on prem instance which is on a paid pro license and deleted it from the 3cx portal. The license has now vanished and a fresh install has put me into trial mode.

I still have my key but using it says its disabled is there a way to get this back?

Why you deleted your licence? You need to contact 3CX, maybe they can help you.

I assumed that i deleted the instance and then started again. I was going to log a support request but I cant without paying 75 pounds so I'm stuck right now

The instance is on prem... To reinstall just delete and reinstall... But NOT the licence, this is now gone. Maybe you can contact your partner assistant to help you.
