I have deleted a phone & want to re use it
haw do i get it to show under phnes

Hi,

Just factory reset the phone and it will re-appear there once its boots up again.

I have reset the phone, it then reboots & said config updating followed by update skipped but does not show under phones

Where is the PBX and where is the phone, they both on the same LAN / subnet?

yes they are on same LAN & thay have now re shown
