Deleting Call Flow Apps after V20 upgrade

Good evening (or morning or afternoon wherever you are),

I upgraded to V20 a few weeks ago, so far so good except apparently now custom Call Flow Apps are a pro or enterprise only feature. Well I learned that the hard way because today I tried to delete/disable one that I did not want in place anymore and no matter what I try it won't let me delete it or even turn it off. The delete button stays greyed out (supposedly because I am on the free plan). How can I get rid of the call flow app if I don't have Pro or Enterprise?

Note that the CFD project is available since it was used in V18, even if you are not in V20 Pro or Ent, in order not to lose your functionalities, however you do not have the option to edit or delete.

Thank you. So my only option at this point is to not point trunks to go through the Call flow app?
