Demo License and Parking

We are using the demo license to test the functionality of 3CX.

Everything works great except the park function. I can park fine via MyPhone, but when I try to do it on our YeaLink T26P I get Forbidden on the phones display. I get the same message on a Snom phone.

Does anyone know if this is because of we are using the demo license (not the free license) or if is another issue?

Demo licence should allow everything as long as you don't exceed the two call limit.

How, exactly, are you doing the parking?

Initially it was by dialling *01. When this didn't work I set up parking on a DSS key. I could use the DSS key to park the call, but when I tried to unpark it I got the Forbidden again.

If you are able to replicate the problem, capture and post the 3CX log.

are you provisioning the DSS key with *01 etc.? if so don't do it this way, use the DSS keys with shard parking orbit directly from the management console.

The dial code should work but if you manually setup the phone you could have a setting set wrong. I strongly recommend using the management console to PNP provision the phone with 3CX settings if you didn't do it that way of course.
