I have a department set up with Office Hours and a DID.
I'm trying to create a report of how many calls we receive outside of those office hours, but all of the relevant call reports I can find don't seem to be able to search either via the label of the DID or the department name. I can search for the number of the IVR, but if the office is closed then the call doesn't even get as far as the IVR so this doesn't work.
The only thing I've found is to run the Call Log report for the entire business and filter in Excel, but this is limited to 20000 lines and only goes back 2 weeks.
Is there anything else I can try? Thanks in advance.
