I am not sure if I have a setting wrong. I am extension 10, my desk phone is not ringing for cue calls but my mobile app is ringing fine. My coworker next to me ex 14 his desk phone rings for cue calls, same network same switch but he does not have the mobile app on his cell phone.
My phone works fine when dialing my extension directly and for outbound calls.
