Desktop app beta hotkeys

Hi,

I am testing the new hotkeys feature on the desktop client (Windows). We use azerty keyboard in Belgium. When I want to edit a hotkey to ctrl + shift + Z, the client changes that Z to a W. So it does not take keyboard lay-out into account it seems.

Yes, we have became aware of this and will be checking. Once we have a fix, we will update this thread.

Just an update, a new version of the Desktop App will be released along with the V18 Update 1 server update. Once that is installed, Desktop App users will be prompted with an update which should resolve the issue.

I wish to have one more hotkey available - bring Desktop App on Front
There is currently option to open dialer but not apps

In my company typical scenario is to have dialer on top, somewhere in the corner, to open App (to use eg Chat, or check calls) we need to doubleclick tray icon. Sometime this icon is hidden and costs extra effort to find it

If you share this view - can someone (who has rights) add this to ideas section please ?
