Hello,
I have an issue.
I have a Client upgraded on V20 with Desktop app application Which is actually working in Local Lan.
However, as soon as the Client connect through their VPN when they are connected outside the Local Network.

Please note that 3CX SPLIT DNS is reolved and External is working fine.
But Issue only when connected through VPN.

Any Idea ??

Also, i wish that despite the V20 Upgrade that Desktop app was still there for V20 as many Client liked it and prefered it rather than The Window App.

When you are connecting through the VPN the FQDN of the PBX will need to resolve to the INTERNAL IP address of the PBX.

Once this is done it should be working ?

Its all down to the network. If the device connecting can resolve to the correct IP it should work.
