Desktop app show dialer screen and need confirm when use VoIPTools MakeCall API to call outside

Hi everyone,

I have same problem like this guy have, https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/url-makecall.71584/ . However, even use VoIPTools MakeCall, it still just bring up 3CX dialer screen, I have to click green answer button and then 3CX dial outside number. Can I make it automatically? Also MakeCall3 function is always return false to me.

I am using 3CX V18 -16 SC and VoIPTool is Relay 18.0.13.

You will need to contact VoIPTools as they are third-party and not supported by 3CX.

Nope. But the old client still work if you prefer that.
