I'm a SW-developer and my CRM integrates with TAPI. After upgrading to Desktop app v18 I've a problem with forwarded calls as in the TAPI-line-properties after connecting the external call the CallerID.Address still contains the number of the internal which forwarded the call and not the number of the external caller. Same for the RemoteID-property. With v16 of the desktop app this problem does not exist. The desktop app is connected to a Yealink T46G. On the display of the Yealink I see the correct external number.
