destination not found

hi i have just downloaded this 3cxPhone and i am registered with freetring.com which provides sip server i have credit . i cannot make outbound calls whenever i try to dial a number it immediately says destination not found. i dnt know how to solve this issue can some body help me. i have tried to change settings but it doesnot work.

What is saying "destination not found"? The 3CX phone display or a recording from the provider?

if it's the provider, then be sure that you are sending digits in the correct format (length/prefix). Some VoIP providers deal with customers from all over the world and expect digits in an "international" format.

From what I can tell from their web site, they expect calls in the format...011 7 495 1234567

So, 011 country code, city code, number

You must probably sent number in internacional format (e164), but first do you have outbound rule for that sip trunk?
