Dial an extension in a external call forward

How can i add pause to dial an extension when i use "Forward to number" option in the extension ?

Hi @groupe10,

I'm afraid you can't add a pause, and the option is set either from the Management Console statically, or dynamically editable from the Web Client. However no pause will be available in either event.
